GUSTY WINDS THE NEXT NCOUPLE OF HOURS AS THEY MOVE TO THE NORTHEAST AT
10 TO 15 MPH. MOTORISTS TRAVELING ALONG INTERSTATE 8 IN YUMA COUNTY
MAY ENCOUNTER HAZARDOUS DRIVING CONDITIONS DUE TO RAIN AND BLOWING
DUST BEFORE 6 PM.
