THUNDERSTORM WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL 1115 PM MST FOR PEOPLE IN THE
FOLLOWING LOCATIONS...

IN SOUTH-CENTRAL ARIZONA

  ...CENTRAL MARICOPA COUNTY
     INCLUDING THE NORTHEAST VALLEY LOCATIONS OF PARADISE             
     VALLEY...SCOTTSDALE...AND EAST PHOENIX... 

AT 1015 PM PHOENIX DOPPLER RADAR DETECTED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM
CENTERED OVER THE PARADISE VALLEY AREA.  THIS STORM IS CAPABLE OF
PRODUCING WIND GUSTS IN EXCESS OF 60 MPH...LIGHTNING...AND BRIEF
HEAVY RAIN.  OTHER THUNDERSTORMS WERE DEVELOPING RAPIDLY OVER THE
GREATER PHOENIX METRO AREA.
