COUNTY NORTH OF MACKAY NORTHEASTWARD TO SPENCER AND ISLAND PARK.
THESE STORMS WERE MOVING SLOWLY EAST NORTHEAST AT 15 MPH. TRAVELLERS
ALONG HIGHWAY 20.. HIGHWAY 22.. HIGHWAY 33.. AND INTERSTATE 15 SHOULD
