CONVECTION A GOOD BET...ESPECIALLY OVER MOUNTAINS AGAIN FRIDAY.
HOWEVER...SOME STABILIZATION DUE TO LOW LEVEL DRYING POSSIBLE IN SNAKE
RIVER PLAIN BY LATE IN DAY.  FLOW BACKS SLIGHTLY OVER WEEKEND ALLOWING
WEAK DISTURBANCES TO OCCASIONALLY INTERACT WITH INTERMOUNTAIN MOISTURE.

AT 230 PM...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED STRONG
THUNDERSTORMS HAD DEVELOPED IN SOUTHCENTRAL CASSIA COUNTY BETWEEN THE
COUMMUNITIES OF ELBA AND ALMO.  ANY OF THESE THUNDERSTORMS HAVE THE
POTENTIAL OF PRODUCING SMALL HAIL...FREQUENT LIGHTNING...BRIEF HEAVY
RAINFALL AND LOCALLY GUSTY WINDS AS THEY MOVE NORTHEAST AT 10 MPH.
MORE THUNDERSTORMS ARE EXPECTED TO DEVELOP THROUGH THE REMAINDER OF
THE AFTERNOON.
