SOUTHERN IDAHO WILL ALLOW SUFFICIENT HEATING FOR ACTIVE CONVECTION DAY.
SHEAR AXIS ASSOCIATED WITH SHORTWAVE WILL SLOWLY LIFT NORTHWARD INTO
UPPER SNAKE HIGHLANDS TONIGHT.  SLOW MOVING...NEARLY STATIONARY CELLS

AT 1015 AM...DOPPLER WEATHER RADAR DETECTED A STRONG THUNDERSTORM
BETWEEN ROCKLAND AND NEELEY.  THIS THUNDERSTORM IS NEARLY STATIONARY AND
HAS THE POTENTIAL TO PRODUCE FLASH FLOODING.  ANOTHER STRONG THUNDERSTOROVER NEELEY IS MOVING TOWARD AMERICAN FALLS AND THE POCATELLO AIRPORT.

IN A FLASHT FLOOD SITUATION...DO NOT ATTEMPT TO CROSS FLOODED ROADWAYS
AND SEEK HIGHER GROUND.  STAY TUNED FOR FURTHER UPDATES.
