IN SOUTHEAST IDAHO ...NORTHERN BINGHAM COUNTY...WESTERN BONNEVILLE COUNTY DOPPLER RADAR INDICATES NEARLY STATIONARY STRONG THUNDERSTORMS PRODUCING LOCALLY HEAVY RAIN ALONG HIGHWAY 20 IN NORTHERN BINGHAM AND WESTERN BONNEVILLE COUNTIES. PRECIPITATION ESTIMATES FROM RADAR INDICATE IN EXCESS OF TWO INCHES OF RAIN MAY HAVE FALLEN ALONG HIGHWAY 20 MID WAY BETWEEN BUTTE AND IDAHO FALLS DURING THE PAST HOUR AND A HALF.
