HEAVY PRECIP TOTALS.  OVER  1 INCH IN 15 TO 30 MINUTES BECOMING COMMON
MANY AREAS.  FLASH FLOOD WATCH WELL SUPPORTED BY ACTIVITY.  COORDINATION
WITH BOISE...THEY WILL EXTEND FLASH FLOOD WATCH THROUGH 10 PM.  ALTHOUGH
ACTIVITY HAS BEEN SLOW TO DEVELOP UPPER SNAKE HIGHLANDS...SHEAR AXIS AND
LOCATION OF SHORTWAVE FAVORS SLOW MOVING CELLS WITH LARGE SCALE
DEVELOPMENT THROUGH THIS EVENING.  LATEST WSR-88D SHOWS ACTIVITY
BEGINNING TO BLOSSOM IMMEDIATELY SOUTH OF THIS AREA.  VILS 30+ HAVE BEEN
SUPPORTING NEAR DIME-SIZE HAIL.  LOTS MORE STATEMENTS AND POSSIBLE
WARNINGS TO COME!!!   DRYER AIR OVER CENTRAL NEVADA AND SOUTHWEST IDAHO
WILL WORK INTO AREA LATER TONIGHT AND TUESDAY.  ALTHOUGH RIDGE BUILDS
SLIGHTLY NEXT 48 HOURS...MODELS INDICATE INSTABILITY PERSISTS.  WILL
KEEP ISOLATED TO WIDELY SCATTERED CONVECTION IN ZONES THROUGH PERIOD.
