   ...EASTERN WALLA WALLA COUNTY INCLUDING THE TOWN OF WAITSBURG...
 
WALLA WALLA COUNTY SHERIFF'S DEPARTMENT REPORTED THAT THE LEVEE IN
WAITSBURG HAS BROKEN ALONG THE TOUCHET RIVER. RESCUE OPERATIONS ARE
UNDER WAY AT THIS TIME.
 
A FLASH FLOOD WARNING MEANS THAT FLOODING IS OCCURRING OR IS
IMMINENT.  MOST FLASH FLOOD DEATHS OCCUR IN AUTOMOBILES.  DO NOT
