FOR THE FOLLOWING LOCATION...
 
IN EAST CENTRAL OHIO
 
   ...CARROLL COUNTY
 
AT 810 DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A THUNDERSTORM WITH ROTATION NEAR
LEESVILLE. THE STORM IS MOVING NORTHEAST AT 50 MPH. THIS STORM WILL PASS
BETWEEN PETERSBURG AND CARROLLTON.
 
IN THE PATH OF A TORNADO...THE SAFEST PLACE IS A BASEMENT.  GET UNDER
A WORKBENCH OR STURDY FURNITURE.  IF NO BASEMENT...GO TO AN INTERIOR
