FLOOD WARNING FOR SMALL STREAMS EFFECTIVE UNTIL  100 AM EST
FOR THE FOLLOWING LOCATIONS...
 
IN WEST PENNSYLVANIA
 
   ...BEAVER COUNTY...BUTLER COUNTY
 
A WEATHER SPOTTER REPORTED THAT BRUSH CREEK WAS OUT OF ITS BANKS NEAR
UNIONVILLE IN BEAVER COUNTY. WATER WAS UP TO THE GUARD RAILS NEAR THE
ROAD ALONG THAT STREAM.
 
AT 10 PM WEATHER RADAR CONTINUED TO SHOW MODERATE TO LOCALLY HEAVY RAIN
FALLING OVER BEAVER AND INTO BUTLER COUNTIES.
 
AREA RAIN REPORTS FROM LOCAL STORM SPOTTERS AND THE CARNEGIE SCIENCE
CENTER INDICATE THAT UP TO AN INCH AND A HALF /1.50/ OF RAIN HAS FALLEN
IN THE PITTSBURGH AREA SINCE 3PM.
 
 
BE CAREFUL AT NIGHT WHEN IT IS HARDER TO RECOGNIZE THE DANGER OF
FLOODS.  IF YOU GET ANY INDICATION THAT FLOODS ARE
APPROACbHING...QUICKLY  MOVE UP TO ESCAPE FLOOD WATERS.  DO NOT STAY
IN AREAS SUBJECT TO FLOODING WHEN WATER BEGINS RISING.
