FLASH FLOOD WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL 1100 AM EDT
FOR THE FOLLOWING LOCATION...
 
IN EAST CENTRAL OHIO
 
   ...COLUMBIANA COUNTY
 
AT 7 AM WEATHER RADAR RAINFALL ESTIMATES AND AUTOMATED RAINFALL GAGES
INDICATED AROUND 0.75 TO 0.90 INCHES OF RAINFALL IN THE WESTERN PART OF
COLUMBIANA COUNTY. THIS IS ENOUGH RAINFALL TO BRING STREAMS AND CREEKS
OUT OF THEIR BANKS AND FLOOD ROADS. ADDITIONAL STORMS WILL CONTINUE TO
MOVE ACROSS THE COUNTY THIS MORNING INCREASING THE LIKELIHOOD OF
WIDESPREAD FLOOD PROBLEMS.
 
DO NOT DRIVE INTO AREAS WHERE THE WATER COVERS THE ROAD.  THE WATER
MAY BE TOO DEEP TO ALLOW YOUR CAR TO CROSS SAFELY.  VEHICLES CAUGHT
IN RISING WATER SHOULD BE ABANDONED QUICKLY.  MOVE TO HIGHER GROUND.
