FLOOD WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL 1000 PM EDT
FOR THE FOLLOWING LOCATIONS...
 
IN NORTHWEST PENNSYLVANIA
 
   ...FOREST COUNTY...LAWRENCE COUNTY...MERCER COUNTY
   ...VENANGO COUNTY.
 
ALTHOUGH THE LIGHT RAIN EXISTS IN THE WARNED AREA...THE FLOOD WARNING
HAS BEEN EXTENDED UNTIL 10 PM TONIGHT BECAUSE OF FLOODING IN THESE 4
COUNTIES.
 
IN LAWRENCE COUNTY...PULASKI...UNION...AND MAHONING TOWNSHIPS ARE HAVING
FLOODING. SOME ROADS ARE CLOSED AS OF 350 PM.
 
IN MERCER COUNTY...LITTLE SANDY BOTTOM CREEK IN SANDY TOWNSHIP COVERS
THE ROAD. OTHER ROADS ARE CLOSED IN THE NORTHERN HALF OF THE COUNTY.
 
IN VENANGO COUNTY...A NUMBER OF ROADS ARE CLOSED BY HIGH WATER IN THE
NORTHWEST PART OF THE COUNTY.
 
IN FOREST COUNTY...SOME STREAMS ARE OVER THEIR BANKS AND A FEW ROADS ARE
CLOSED IN THE NORTHERN HALF OF FOREST COUNTY PENNSYLVANIA.
 
THE FLOOD WARNING HAS EXPIRED FOR CLARION AND JEFFERSON COUNTIES IN
PENNSYLVANIA. NO FLOODING WAS REPORTED UP TO 355 PM. CREEKS ARE RUNNING
HIGH...SO DRIVE CAREFULLY.
