FOR THE PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATION...
 
IN SOUTHWEST CONNECTICUT
 
   ...SOUTHWESTERN FAIRFIELD COUNTY
 
DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM JUST EAST OF MT KISCO THAT
IS MOVING EAST AT 20 MPH AND WILL AFFECT CANAAN AND STAMFORD BY 5:50 PM.
THESE THUNDERSTORMS HAVE A HISTORY OF PRODUCING ONE TO TWO INCHES OF
RAIN IN A BRIEF PERIOD OF TIME AND SMALL HAIL.
 
A FLASH FLOOD WARNING MEANS THAT FLOODING IS OCCURRING OR IS
IMMINENT.  MOST FLASH FLOOD DEATHS OCCUR IN AUTOMOBILES.  DO NOT
