FLASH FLOOD WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL  800 PM EDT
FOR THE PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATION...
 
IN NORTHEAST NEW JERSEY
 
   ...NORTHWESTERN PASSAIC COUNTY
 
THUNDERSTORMS MOVING ACROSS THE WARNED AREA ARE PRODUCING VERY HEAVY
RAINS. RAINFALL TOTALS OF BETWEEN 1 AND 2 INCHES PER HOUR ARE BEING
OBSERVED BY DOPPLER RADAR. SIGNIFICANT FLOODING OF ROADWAYS WILL OCCUR
AS THESE HEAVY RAINS MOVE THROUGH THE AREA. CAMPERS SHOULD BE EXTREMELY
CAREFUL ALONG SMALL STREAMS AND CREEKS AS THEY MAY SWELL RAPIDLY WITH
THE HEAVY RAIN AND ASSOCIATED RUNOFF.
 
DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE THE WATER COVERS THE
ROADWAY.  THE WATER DEPTH MAY BE TOO GREAT TO ALLOW YOUR CAR TO
CROSS SAFELY.  VEHICLES CAUGHT IN RISING WATER SHOULD BE
ABANDONED QUICKLY. d MOVE TO HIGHER GROUND.
