IN EAST CENTRAL NEBRASKA ...EASTERN CASS COUNTY THE TORNADO WARNING FOR EASTERN CASS COUNTY HAS BEEN TE-ISSUED AS OBSERVERS ARE WATCHING A ROTATING THUNDERSTORM 5 MILES EAST OF MANLEY...THAT COULD PRODUCE ANOTHER TORNADO. THE STORM IS MOVING EAST AT 20 MPH. REMAIN IN A SAFE PLACE. PEOPLE IN THE WARNED AREA SHOULD MOVE TO A REINFORCED BUILDING ON THE LOWEST FLOOR TO BE PREPARED FOR THE DESTRUCTIVE WINDS THAT ACCOMPANY TORNADOES. IN ADDITION TO THE THREAT OF TORNADOES...
