IN SOUTHEAST NEBRASKA ...RICHARDSON COUNTY AT 400 PM CDT NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE RADAR SHOWED A POSSIBLE TORNADO 12 MILES WEST SOUTHWEST OF FALLS CITY NEBRASKA.
