IN WEST CENTRAL IOWA ...HARRISON COUNTY AT 1155 AM CDT THE LEVEE AT WOODBINE ON THE BOYER RIVER FAILED. THE FLOOD WATERS WILL AFFECT THE RURAL AREAS AROUND WOODBINE AND COULD TRAVEL DOWN TOWARD LOGAN. THIS IS SERIOUS FLOODING MOVE TO HIGHER GROUND.
