000 TTAA00 KMOB 252010 SVRMOB ALC003-252115- BULLETIN - IMMEDIATE BROADCAST REQUESTED SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE MOBILE AL 308 PM CDT SUN AUG 25 1996 THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN MOBILE HAS ISSUED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL 415 PM CDT FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATION... IN SOUTHWEST ALABAMA ...BALDWIN COUNTY AT 308 PM CDT...A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WAS LOCATED OVER NORTH BALDWIN COUNTY FROM JUST NORTH OF DAPHNE TO NORTH OF SPANISH FORT. THIS STORM WAS MOVING TO THE WEST AT 5 TO 10 MPH. STRONG WINDS...LARGE HAIL AND DANGEROUS LIGHTNING WILL BE LIKELY WITH THIS STORM. THIS STORM WILL BE MOVING OVER THE NORTH PART OF MOBILE BAY INCLUDING THE I-10 CAUSEWAY DURING THE NEXT HOUR. SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS PRODUCE DAMAGING WIND IN EXCESS OF 55 MPH...DESTRUCTIVE HAIL...DEADLY LIGHTNING...AND VERY HEAVY RAIN.
