IN SOUTHEAST MISSISSIPPI ...WAYNE COUNTY AT 552 PM...NWS DOPPLER WEATHER RADAR INDICATED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM MOVING INTO THE DESOTO NATIONAL FOREST OF SOUTHWEST WAYNE COUNTY. THIS STORM WILL AFFECT WAYNESBORO...BUCKATUNA AND CLARA THROUGH 630 PM AS IT MOVES NORTHEAST AT 40 MPH. A TORNADO WATCH IS ALSO IN EFFECT FOR THE WARNED AREA. REMEMBER SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS CAN AND OCCASIONALLY DO PRODUCE TORNADOES WITH LITTLE OR NO ADVANCE WARNING. REMAIN CALM BUT BE ALERT TO RAPIDLY CHANGING WEATHER CONDITIONS.
