OF PORTAGE...OR 35 MILES NORTH OF MADISON. IT IS MOVING EAST-SOUTHEAST
NEAR 25 MPH. THE STORM SHOULD PASS THROUGH OR NEAR POYNETTE AND
PARDEEVILLE BY 435 PM...THEN HEAD ON TOWARD COLUMBUS.
