DOPPLER RADAR ESTIMATES INDICATE THAT OVER 3 INCHES OF RAIN HAS
FALLEN IN EASTERN KENOSHA CO(UNTY BETWEEN 530 AND 7 AM. ADDITIONAL
HEAVY RAINS ARE LIKELY BETWEEN 7 AND 8 AM.

AND DANGEROUS CLOUD TO GROUND LIGHTNING. MORNING COMMUTERS SHOULD
ALLOW EXTRA TIME DUE TO GREATLY REDUCED VISIBILITIES IN VERY HEAVY
RAIN.
