TORNADO WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL  400 PM EDT
FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATION...
 
IN EAST CENTRAL NORTH CAROLINA
 
   ...NORTHERN DUPLIN COUNTY
 
AT 330 PM WEATHER RADAR INDICATED A TORNADO NEAR CARROLL 15 MILES WEST
OF KENANSVILLE . THE PUBLIC JUST REPORTED A TORNDO OVER NASH-JOHNSON
POND ROAD OFF ROUTE 117. THE TORNADO WILL BE AFFECTING AREAS JUST WEST
OF KENANSVILLE BY 345 PM.
 
THIS IS A DANGEROUS STORM SITUATION.  ACT QUICKLY.  IF YOU ARE
IN THE PATH OF THIS TORNADO MOVE TO A SHELTER BELOW GROUND IF
AVAILABLE.  OTHERWISE...GO TO A SMALL INTERIOR ROOM ON THE LOWEST
FLOOR POSSIBLE.  AVOID WINDOWS.  ABANDON CARS AND MOBILE HOMES
FOR A REINFORCED BUILDING OR GET INTO A DITCH OR CULVERT.
