AT MIDNIGHT LENOIR COUNTY 911 REPORTED THAT WATER WAS BEGINING TO FLOOD
HIGHWAY 258 JUST SOUTH OF KINSTON. WATER WAS ALSO RISING ALONG HIGHWAY
58 SOUTH OF KINSTON AND WATER LEVELS ARE EXPECTED TO CONTINUE TO RISE AS
ADDITIONAL HEAVY RAIN MOVES ACROSS THE REGION DURING THE NEXT COUPLE OF
HOURS.
 
BE ESPECIALLY CAUTIOUS AT NIGHT WHEN IT IS HARDER TO6 RECOGNIZE
THE DANGERS OF FLOODS AND FLASH FLOODS.  IF FLASH FLOODING IS
