AND THE ADJACENT COASTAL WATERS INCLUDING BISCAYNE BAY
 
AT 335 PM WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM
OVER NORTHERN BISCAYNE BAY AND OVER THE NORTHERN SECTIONS OF MIAMI BEACH
NEAR SURFSIDE AND BAL HARBOUR. THE STORM IS NEARLY STATIONARY. THIS
STORM WILL AFFECT AREAS FROM SURFSIDE NORTHWARD AS WELL AS ON THE
MAINLAND FROM MIAMI SHORES TO NORTH MIAMI BEACH.
 
DAMAGING WIND IN EXCESS OF 55 MPH...LARGE HAIL...VERY HEAVY RAIN...
AND DEADLY LIGHTNING ARE ALL POSSIBLE IN A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM. SEEK
SHELTER IN A STRONG BUILDING. STAY AWAY FROM WINDOWS. DO NOT USE
TELEPHONES OR ELECTRICAL APPLIANCES.
