IN NORTHEAST ARKANSAS ...EASTERN CRAIGHEAD COUNTY ...NORTHERN MISSISSIPPI COUNTY AT 659 PM CDT...TORNADOES WERE REPORTED BY LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICIALS NEAR MONETTE AND NEAR CARAWAY MOVING EAST AT 30 MPH. THESE TORNADOES WILL MOVE INTO NORTHERN MISSISSIPPI COUNTY BEFORE 715 PM. ONE TORNADO WILL PASS NEAR MANILA. IF YOU ARE IN THE PATH OF A TORNADO...THE SAFEST PLACE IS A BASEMENT.
