AT 915 PM CST DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED HEAVY RAIN ACROSS MUCH OF SHELBY
AND FAYETTE COUNTIES. NUMEROUS THUNDERSTORMS ALONG WITH TORRENTIAL RAIN
WILL MOVE ACROSS THE AREA DURING THE NEXT COUPLE OF HOURS. STREET FLOODI
HAS BEEN REPORTED THROUGHOUT THE MEMPHIS METROPOLITIAN AREA.
 
BE ESPECIALLY CAUTIOUS AT NIGHT WHEN IT IS HARDER TO RECOGNIZE
THE DANGERS OF FLOODS AND FLASH FLOODS. IF FLASH FLOODING IS
