IN NORTHWEST TEXAS ...WESTERN ANDREWS COUNTY AT 1047 PM CDT...A DEVELOPING TORNADO WAS INDICATED BY MIDLAND DOPPLER RADAR 52 MILES NORTHWEST OF ODESSA OR 7 MILES NORTHWEST OF FRANKEL CITY MOVING SOUTH AT 25 MPH. THIS REPLACES THE SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING THAT WAS IN EFFECT. SOME LOCATIONS IN THE PATH OF THIS TORNADO ARE... FRANKEL CITY. THIS IS A DANGEROUS STORM SITUATION. ACT QUICKLY.
