IN SOUTHEAST NEW MEXICO ...NORTHERN LEA COUNTY AT 821 PM MDT...A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WAS INDICATED BY MIDLAND DOPPLER RADAR 27 MILES SOUTHWEST OF TATUM MOVING NORTH AT 40 MPH.
