WEDNESDAY FOR 8 COUNTIES IN NORTHWESTERN ARKANSAS.

THUNDERSTORMS...SOME POSSIBLY SEVERE ARE EXPECTED TO DEVELOP OVER
EASTERN OKLAHOMA TONIGHT AND MOVE INTO NORTHWESTERN ARKANSAS. THESE
STORMS WILL FORM IN AN AREA OF VERY RICH MOISTURE OVER EASTERN OKLAHOMA
AS A WEAK UPPER LEVEL LOW PRESSURE SYSTEM APPROACHES FROM THE NORTHWEST.
