THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN LITTLE ROCK HAS ISSUED A
FLASH FLOOD WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL  445 AM CDT
FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATION...
 
IN SOUTHWEST ARKANSAS
 
   ...OUACHITA COUNTY
 
AT 240 AM CDT...DOPPLER WEATHER RADAR INDICATED A THUNDERSTORM WITH VERY
HEAVY RAIN ABOUT 10 MILES WEST OF CAMDEN. THIS STORM WAS MOVING TO THE
EAST AT LESS THAN 5 MPH. RADAR INDICATES THAT UP TO 3 INCHES OF RAIN
HAVE FALLEN IN ONE HOUR IN THE WESTERN PART OF OUACHITA COUNTY.
 
BE ESPECIALLY CAUTIOUS AT NIGHT WHEN IT IS HARDER TO RECOGNIZE
THE DANGERS OF FLOODS AND FLASH FLOODS.  IF FLASH FLOODING IS
OBSERVED...ACT QUICKLY.  MOVE UP TO ESCAPE FLOOD WATERS.  DO
NOT STAY IN AREAS SUBJECT TO FLOODING WHEN WATER BEGINS RISING.
