WEATHER RADAR IS SHOWING HEAVY RAIN OVER PARTS OF MINERAL AND HAMPSHIRE
COUNTIES. THIS HEAVY RAIN WILL CONTINUE OFF AND ON FOR THE NEXT TWO
HOURS...PRODUCING AN ADDITIONAL INCH OR TWO OF RAIN. THIS WILL CAUSE
SMALL STREAMS AND CREEKS TO FLOW OUT OF THEIR BANKS.
