AT 713 PM CDT...A DEVELOPING TORNADO WAS INDICATED BY LUBBOCK
DOPPLER RADAR 5 MILES EAST NORTHEAST OF TURKEY MOVING EAST
SOUTHEAST AT 10 MPH. THE TORNADO IS EXPECTED TO REMAIN OVER RURAL
AREAS.
