IN THE PANHANDLE OF TEXAS ...PARMER COUNTY AT 420 PM CDT...A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WAS INDICATED BY LUBBOCK DOPPLER RADAR AND SPOTTER REPORTS 11 MILES SOUTHWEST OF FRIONA OR IN THE VICINITY OF BOVINA MOVING NORTH NORTHEAST AT 30 MPH. SOME LOCATIONS IN THE PATH OF THIS STORM ARE... RHEA 435 PM CDT FRIONA 440 PM CDT GOLFBALL-SIZED HAIL WAS FALLING IN BOVINA AT 420 PM. A TORNADO WATCH IS ALSO IN EFFECT FOR THE WARNED AREA.
