FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATION...

   ...SOUTHERN COCHRAN COUNTY
   ...YOAKUM COUNTY

PERSISTENT MODERATE TO HEAVY RAINFALL IN THE PAST THREE HOURS OVER
YOAKUM AND SOUTHERN COCHRAN COUNTY HAS PRODUCED RAINFALL ESTIMATES
OF OVER TWO INCHES SINCE 1130 PM.  RADAR AND SATELLITE
SIGNITURES CONTINUE TO INDICATE AREAS OF MODERATE TO HEAVY RAINFALL
CONTINUING OVER THESE AREAS. ADDITIONAL RAINFALL AMOUNTS OF TWO
INCHES ARE POSSIBLE THROUGH 430 AM...CAUSING ADDITIONAL FLOODING
