IN NORTHEAST MISSOURI ...KNOX COUNTY...SOUTHERN SCOTLAND COUNTY AT 353 PM CDT...NWS DOPPLER RADAR SHOWED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM OVER NORTHWEST AND WEST CENTRAL KNOX COUNTY MOVING NORTHEAST 15 TO 20 MPH.
