TO 5 MILES EAST OF VANDALIA. THE STORM WAS MOVING TO THE SOUTHEAST AT 20
MPH. THIS STORM BLEW DOWN TREES WHEN IT CROSSED THROUGH SOUTHERN RALLS
COUNTY. THE TOWNS OF SPENCERBERG...CURRYVILLE...AND NEW HARTFORD ARE IN
THE PATH OF THIS STORM.
