IN SOUTHWEST ILLINOIS ...SOUTHERN MADISON COUNTY...NORTHERN ST. CLAIR COUNTY IN EAST CENTRAL MISSOURI THE INDEPENDENT CITY OF ...ST. LOUIS CITY AT 1056 PM CDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM OVER ST LOUIS CITY AND GRANITE CITY.
