MOVING TO THE NORTHEAST AT 40 MPH. CITIES IN THE PATH INCLUDE

ST. LOUIS.  AREAS INCLUDED ARE PARTS OF CENTRAL...NORTHEAST AND
EAST CENTRAL MISSOURI...AND SOUTHWEST ILLINOIS.

THERE ARE TWO SEVERE THUNDERSTORM RISK AREAS THROUGHOUT THE ST LOUIS
COUNTY WARNING AREA FOR THIS AFTERNOON AND TONIGHT.  THE SLIGHT RISK
AREA IS ACROSS PORTIONS OF CENTRAL AND EAST CENTRAL MISSOURI AND
SOUTHWEST ILLINOIS.  COMMUNITIES IN THE SLIGHT RISK AREA ARE
COLUMBIA...JEFFERSON CITY...AND THE ST LOUIS METROPOLITAN AREA IN
MISSOURI AND MASCOUTAH...OKAWVILLE...NASHVILLE..CHESTER...AND SALEM IN
ILLINOIS.

A MODERATE RISK OF SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS IS OVER THE MISSOURI EASTERN
OZARKS AND INCLUDES THE COMMUNITIES OF THE MARK TWAIN NATIONAL
FOREST..IRONTON...FREDRICKTOWN...FARMINGTON...AND REYONLDS.

A STRONG LOW PRESSURE SYSTEM OVER EASTERN KANSAS WILL RACE THROUGH
CENTRAL AND NORTHERN MISSOURI TONIGHT.  LOOK FOR THUNDERSTORMS TO
DEVELOP OVER WESTERN MISSOURI THIS AFTERNOON AND QUICKLY HEAD NORTH-
NORTHEASTWARD TONIGHT ACROSS THE OUTLOOK AREA.  AT THIS TIME...THE
GREATEST THREAT OF SEVERE WEATHER WILL BE LARGE HAIL AND DAMAGING WIND
GUSTS...HOWEVER ISOLATED TORNADOES ARE POSSIBLE IN THE MODERATE RISK
AREA TONIGHT.
