IN EAST CENTRAL MISSOURI ...SOUTHERN ST. FRANCOIS COUNTY...ST. GENEVIEVE COUNTY AT 720 PM...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR WAS DETECTING A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM IN FARMINGTON.
