000 TTAA00 KSTL 150003 SVRSTL MOC071-150100- BULLETIN - IMMEDIATE BROADCAST REQUESTED SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE ST LOUIS MO 701 PM CDT TUE MAY 14 1996 THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN ST LOUIS HAS ISSUED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL 800 PM CDT FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATION... IN EAST CENTRAL MISSOURI ...FRANKLIN COUNTY AT 7 PM...RADAR INDICATED ANOTHER SEVERE THUNDERSTORM IN THE UNION AREA. THIS STORM WAS NOW MOVING SOUTHEAST AT 30 TO 35 MPH. OTHER TOWNS IN THE PATH OF THIS STORM INCLUDE ST CLAIR...DITTMER...HOUSE SPRINGS... AND HILLSBORO. ALSO REMEMBER THAT A FLASH FLOOD WARNING IS IN EFFECT FOR FRANKLIN AND JEFFERSON COUNTIES. THE REPEAT THUNDERSTORM ACTIVITY IN THESE AREAS IS PRODUCING A VERY DANGEROUS FLASH FLOODING THREAT. THIS IS A DANGEROUS STORM! BE PREPARED FOR DAMAGING WINDS...HAIL AND DEADLY LIGHTNING.
