AT 1010 PM EDT KENTUCKY STATE POLICE REPORTED A TORNADO TOUCHING DOWN
NEAR THE COMMUNITY OF SHIPLEY IN SOUTHWEST CLINTON COUNTY ABOUT 40 MILES
SOUTHWEST OF SOMERSET. THE TORNADO WAS MOVING TO THE SOUTHEAST AND WILL
REACH ROLAN BETWEEN 1030 AND 1045 PM EDT. THE TORNADO WILL PASS SOUTH OF
ALBANY.
