000 TTAA00 KSDF 282334 TORSDF KYC005-290015- BULLETIN - EBS ACTIVATION REQUESTED TORNADO WARNING NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE LOUISVILLE KY 734 PM EDT TUE MAY 28 1996 THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN LOUISVILLE HAS ISSUED A TORNADO WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL 815 PM EDT FOR PERSONS IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATION... IN EAST CENTRAL KENTUCKY ...ANDERSON COUNTY AT 732 PM EDT...A LARGE SEVERE THUNDERSTORM ABOUT 30 MILES SOUTHEAST OF LOUISVILLE WAS NEAR AND EAST OF TAYLORSVILLE. THIS STORM HAS PRODUCED TORNADOS OVER BULLITT AND SPENCER COUNTIES. THIS STORM WAS MOVING EAST AT 25 MPH AND WILL AFFECT FOX CREEK AND ASHBROOK BY 800 PM EDT. LARGE HAIL IS LIKELY IN LAWRENCEBURG WITH THIS STORM AS WELL. IF YOU ARE IN THE PATH OF A TORNADO...THE SAFEST PLACE IS A BASEMENT. GET UNDER A WORKBENCH OR PIECE OF STURDY FURNITURE.
