THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN LOUISVILLE HAS ISSUED A
FLASH FLOOD WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL  800 AM EST
FOR PERSONS IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATION...

IN SOUTH INDIANA

   ...SCOTT COUNTY

AT 345 AM EST THE SCOTT COUNTY SHERIFF/S OFFICE REPORTED SEVERAL ROADS
OVER THE NORTHERN...EASTERN AND SOUTHERN PARTS OF SCOTT COUNTY WERE
COVERED BY WATER AND WERE IMPASSABLE. RADARE INDICATED HEAVY RAIN HAD
BEEN FALLING OVER SCOTT COUNTY AND MORE HEAVY RAIN WILL BE MOVING ACROSS
SCOTT COUNTY THROUGH 5 AM EST. THIS WILL MAKE THE FLOODING WORSE.
BE ESPECIALLY CAUTIOUS AT NIGHT WHEN IT IS HARDER TO RECOGNIZE
THE DANGERS OF FLOODS AND FLASH FLOODS.  IF FLASH FLOODING IS
OBSERVED...ACT QUICKLY.  MOVE UP TO ESCAPE FLOOD WATERS.  DO
NOT STAY IN AREAS SUBJECT TO FLOODING WHEN WATER BEGINS RISING.
