AT 1 PM NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE RADAR IN SLIDELL INDICATED A VERY
STRONG THUNDERSTORMS LOCATED ABOUT 5 MILES SOUTHEAST OF FRANKLINGTON
IN WASHINTON PARISH. THE STORM IS MOVING EAST AT 35 MILES PER HOUR.
 
 
A TORNADO WATCH IS ALSO IN EFFECT FOR THE WARNED AREA.  REMEMBER
