IN SOUTHEAST TEXAS ...JASPER COUNTY AT 715 PM DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A DEVELOPING TORNADO...4 MILES SOUTHEAST OF KIRBYVILLE. MOVEMENT OF THIS STORM WAS TO THE EAST AT 30 MPH. PERSONS IN THE COMMUNITY OF KIRBYVILLE ARE IN THE PATH OF THIS STORM AND SHOULD TAKE COVER NOW. IF YOU ARE IN THE PATH OF A TORNADO...THE SAFEST PLACE IS A BASEMENT.
