IN SOUTHEAST TEXAS ...HARDIN COUNTY...TYLER COUNTY AT 635 PM DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A DEVELOPING TORNADO...10 MILES NORTH OF KOUNTZE...MOVING SOUTHEAST AT 35 MILES AN HOUR.
