UPPER LEVEL LOW OVER THE EAST BEGINS TO MOVE EAST IN REPONSE
TO TROF MOVING INTO THE WEST COAST. HIGH PRESSURE WILL AMPLIFY
OVER THE MIDDLE PART OF THE COUNTRY. A WK SHEAR ZONE ASSOCIATED
WITH THE EAST COAST LOW WILL LINGER ACROSS THE AREA THROUGH
