DOPPLER RADAR 8 MILES NORTHEAST OF ALLIANCE...OR 32 MILES SOUTHWEST
OF RUSHVILLE...MOVING NORTH NORTHEAST AT 17 MPH.  THIS STORM IS
EXPECTED TO REMAIN IN OPEN COUNTRY MAINLY SOUTH OF RUSHVILLE.
