AT 815 PM EDT SPOTTER REPORTS FROM WESTERN LETCHER COUNTY INDICATE THAT
CREEKS AND STREAMS CONTINUE TO RISE.  ALTHOUGH THE RAIN HAS DECREASED
IN INTENSITY OVER THE PAST HOUR...MANY RIVERS ARE RESPONDING TO
RAIN FROM EARLIER THIS EVENING.

STATE HIGHWAY 1103 NEAR CAMPBELL BRANCH WAS COVERED WITH WATER...
PREMIUM AND KINGS CREEK ARE CONTINUING TO RISE...
IN SKYLINE...3.22 INCHES OF RAIN FELL THIS AFTERNOON...
MUD SLIDES WERE REPORTED NEAR ULVAH ALONG HIGHWAY 7...
