FOR PERSONS IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATIONS ...

AT 1018 PM EDT DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A SLOW MOVING CLUSTER OF
THUNDERSTORMS DRIFTING SOUTHWEST ACROSS MUCH OF DUVAL COUNTY.
THESE STORMS WILL BE CAPABLE OF RAINFALL RATES OF 1 TO 3 INCHES
PER HOUR WHICH WILL CAUSE FLOODING.
 
 
DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE THE WATER COVERS THE
ROADWAY.  THE WATER DEPTH MAY BE TOO GREAT TO ALLOW YOUR CAR TO
CROSS SAFELhY.  VEHICLES CAUGHT IN RISING WATER SHOULD BE
